Sofia sings and dances – the celebration that brought the heart of the capital to life!
The center of Sofia was filled with music, dance, smiles and countless positive emotions during the first edition of “Sofia sings and dances”, organized by Los Pambos Events with the support of the Sofia Municipality.
Vitosha Street became a scene of rhythm and diversity – a colorful procession of folk costumes, dance costumes, music and dances attracted the attention of hundreds of passers-by, who happily joined the dancers. Participants from different clubs and styles brought a real festival mood to the warm summer evening, and the spirit of joy and community took over Sofia.
The finale of the procession was in front of the National Palace of Culture, where all the groups presented their performances, and the audience wildly applauded the artists. The School of Performing Arts at the Children's Palace opened the evening with an impressive show, and the beloved singer Alexander Alexandrov - Alex added to the festive atmosphere with favorite performances, which everyone joined in a big dance.
"Sofia Sings and Dances" was an event that not only united different styles and cultures, but also reminded how great the power of dance has to bring joy, life and unity. The event is being held for the first time, and the idea of the organizers is for the festival to become a tradition and to delight people in other cities in Bulgaria.
