About the festival For participants Prize fund

The “E-fest” competition is held online twice a year. In the eight editions conducted so far, over 20,000 performers and composers have participated. Prizes worth more than 50,000 BGN have been awarded, including cash prizes, professional recording equipment, studio recordings, professional music videos, certificates, medals, plaques, and more.

The competition jury has included numerous popular artists, composers, and show performers, such as Elitsa Todorova, Binka Dobreva, Pambos Agapiou, Mimi Ivanova, Razvigor Popov, Militsa Bozhinova, Aleksandar Aleksandrov–Alex, Milcho Georgiev, Remi Toin, Svetoslav Loboshki, Prof. Svetla Kaludova-Stanilova, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Blagovesta Kalcheva, Atanas Kateliev, Zdravko Mandadjiev, Rositsa Peycheva, Torino & Pashata, and Antonio Simeonov, a finalist from The Voice of Bulgaria. For the first time in Season 9, participant evaluations also include reviews generated by artificial intelligence based on pre-established criteria.

The competition is held under the patronage of the Ministry of Culture.

Participants are classified into the following age groups: up to 9 years, 10 to 18 years, and 19 years and older, in the following categories:

Singers: folk singing, pop singing, and opera singing
Instrumentalists: folk music, pop music, and classical music
Music composers
Dancers: Bulgarian folk dances, classical ballet, modern ballet, hip-hop, Latin dances, competitive dances, character dances
Choreographers: Bulgarian folk dances, classical ballet, modern ballet, hip-hop, Latin dances, competitive dances, character dances
Music videos

Each participant may perform 1 or 2 pieces of their choice, with a maximum duration of 5 minutes per performance, in one or more categories, paying a fee for each performance:

Individual participants, duets, trios, and quartets: 20 EUR per person for up to 2 performances
Groups of 5 to 10 people: 50 EUR for up to 2 performances for the entire group
Groups of more than 10 people: 70 EUR for up to 2 performances for the entire group

Apply for participation

In the eight editions held so far, E-Fest has awarded prizes with a total value of over 25 000 EURO, including cash prizes, studio equipment, professional audio recordings, professional music videos, plaques, certificates, and medals.

All participants receive an electronic certificate of participation in the competition.
First, second, and third place in each age group for each category receive a gold, silver, or bronze medal and a certificate.
Audience Award: the participant whose performance receives the most likes on the competition’s Facebook page receives a cash prize.
Special Award from ENI Film Production House: a professional music video.
Free participation in festivals and concerts organized by ENI Film Production House – including the Balkan Fun Festival “Balkanski Kotel,” the Arts Festival “On the Crest of the Wave” in Aheloy, and others.
Other special awards from sponsors.
The organizers and jury reserve the right to award additional prizes, as well as to withhold any of the listed prizes.
